About the Role

Join our team as a dynamic Software Project Delivery Manager. You will play a crucial role in overseeing consultancy projects' end-to-end lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery to our clients with the highest quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead and motivate teams, efficiently allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Client Collaboration: Be the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication, addressing concerns, and maintaining satisfaction throughout the project.
• Resource Management: Efficiently manage project resources, optimize allocations, and control costs for on-budget, timely project completion.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively address potential risks, ensuring smooth project progression.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, generate regular reports, and conduct retrospectives for continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders, gathering feedback to align with project objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Project Delivery Manager in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of successful project deliveries.
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, industry best practices, and quality standards.
• Effective budget, resource, and timeline management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
• Prior experience in integration technology projects is an advantage.
