About the Role

As a Software Engineer in the Customer Success team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of the WSO2 technology experience to our valued customers. Your efforts will empower them to harness the full potential of WSO2 technology, driving success and innovation within their businesses.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate innate curiosity, an analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to exploring the unknown.
  • Embrace new challenges with a self-starting attitude, collaborating seamlessly with a global team.
  • Take ownership of intricate technical problems, steering them to resolution individually and effectively collaborating with the engineering team during escalations.
  • Exhibit an amiable personality, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing sensitivity to the diverse cultures within WSO2's global customer base.
  • Introduce innovative ideas to enhance product and overall technical designs.
  • Actively contribute to both technical and non-technical discussions through email and in-person interactions.
  • Provide technical leadership to a small team, delegate tasks, and ensure follow-up on assigned work.
  • Collaborate with extended teams, including engineering, pre-sales, marketing, and sales, on product and customer-related activities.
  • Deliver technical consultancy and training on WSO2 technologies and products for our customers.
  • Maintain flexible working hours to accommodate the dynamic needs of customers.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in Java or C/C++ languages, or other comparable programming languages.
  • Experience in and knowledge of enterprise technologies, such as microservices, enterprise integration, API management, and identity and access management, is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with containerized deployments and CI/CD technologies is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in any API management and enterprise integration products is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is a bonus.
