Raouf joined WSO2 in September 2023. Raouf has a strong background in cloud computing, modern data platforms, and business administration. This has allowed him to excel in various roles, including being a sales engineer, Cloud DevOps architect/consultant, and trainer/examiner, managing projects in both the public and private sectors. His experience includes collaborating on deals ranging from SMB to enterprise businesses. By fostering trust and promoting mutual growth and success, he has built lasting relationships with partners and clients in the region. As the lead technical expert for emerging technologies in the EMEA region, he has leveraged his strong pre-sales and business development skills, along with his technical knowledge. He holds multiple technical certifications, including Red Hat Certified Architect RHCA®, Kubernetes/OpenShift Specialist, Ceph Cloud Storage, Ansible Automation Platform, and Cloudera Private Cloud.
