FHIR Tools Terms Of Use

These terms of use are an agreement between you and WSO2 LLC (“WSO2”). If you are an individual accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind the entity to these terms and “you” or “your” will refer to the entity bound to these terms, not to you as an individual.

By using or accessing the FHIR Tools (“the FHIR Tools”), or by clicking “I agree to the Terms” (or similar button or checkbox) prior to performing tool operations, you indicate your assent to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use or try out the tools.

  1. Acceptable use

    1. You may only use the FHIR Tools for experimental purposes and should not be used in a production setting.
    2. You will not use the FHIR Tools to develop a competing project.
    3. You will not modify, alter, decompile, decrypt, disassemble, translate, or reverse engineer the FHIR Tools.
    4. You will not input any individual’s personal information into the FHIR Tools.
  2. Prohibited interference

    You may not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access or use the FHIR Tools. You may not use the FHIR Tools to implement any computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. You will not attempt to make the FHIR Tools unavailable through denial-of-service attacks or similar means.

  3. Warranties

    WSO2 is not making any warranty about the FHIR Tools or the WSO2 Open Healthcare solution. WSO2 may change or discontinue the FHIR Tools at any time.

  4. Limitation of liability

    WSO2 will not be liable to you for any pecuniary losses actually, currently, or required to be incurred by you that arise from your use of the FHIR Tools.

  5. Indemnification

    You will be liable to WSO2 for any pecuniary losses actually, currently, or required to be incurred by WSO2 that arise from your use of the FHIR Tools.

  6. Copyright

    All interest, including but not limited to intellectual property rights such as copyrights, in and to the FHIR Tools and the WSO2 Open Healthcare solution are owned by WSO2 or its suppliers.

  7. Modification

    WSO2 may modify these terms at any time and without prior notice. By accessing the FHIR Tools after a change in terms, you accept the modified terms.

  8. Governing law and venue

    These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws. Any dispute between you and WSO2 arising under these terms shall be resolved by arbitration in Santa Clara, California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).
