OPEN HEALTHCARE SANDBOX TERMS OF USE

These terms of use are an agreement between WSO2, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and you. If you are an individual accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind the entity to these terms and “you” or “your” will refer to the entity bound to these terms, not to you as an individual.

By using or accessing the WSO2 Open Healthcare Sandbox (“the Sandbox”), or by clicking “I agree to the Terms” (or similar button or checkbox) prior to accessing the Sandbox, you indicate your assent to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Sandbox.

  1. Acceptable use
    1. You may only use the Sandbox to evaluate the WSO2 Open Healthcare solution for the purpose of determining if you want to purchase the solution. If you are an industry analyst, you may use the Sandbox to conduct your analysis.
    2. You will not use the Sandbox to develop a competing project.
    3. You will not modify, alter, decompile, decrypt, disassemble, translate, or reverse engineer the Sandbox.
    4. You will not input any individual’s personal information into the Sandbox.
  2. Prohibited interference

    You may not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access or use the Sandbox. You may not use the Sandbox to implement any computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. You will not attempt to make the Sandbox unavailable through denial-of-service attacks or similar means.

  3. Warranties

    WSO2 is not making any warranty about the Sandbox or the WSO2 Open Healthcare solution. WSO2 may change or discontinue the Sandbox at any time.

  4. Limitation of liability

    WSO2 will not be liable to you for any pecuniary losses actually, currently, or required to be incurred by you that arise from your use of the Sandbox.

  5. Indemnification

    You will be liable to WSO2 for any pecuniary losses actually, currently, or required to be incurred by WSO2 that arise from your use of the Sandbox.

  6. Copyright

    All interest, including but not limited to intellectual property rights such as copyrights, in and to the Sandbox and the WSO2 Open Healthcare solution are owned by WSO2 or its suppliers.

  7. Modification

    WSO2 may modify these terms at any time and without prior notice. By accessing the Sandbox after a change in terms, you accept the modified terms.

  8. Governing law and venue

    These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without giving effect to the principles of conflict of laws. Any dispute between you and WSO2 arising under these terms shall be resolved by arbitration in Santa Clara, California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).
