Yohanna Fernando

Yohanna is a Lead Developer Relations - Training & Certification) at WSO2.

Prior to joining WSO2, she worked at IFS RnD International as a Senior Technical Writer, developing web based user documentation, training material, business process models and context sensitive help related to the document management, call center, maintenance and manufacturing processes in the IFS ERP system for over 9 years. She holds a masters degree in Business Administration (PIM-USJ) and a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (UCSC). She has co-authored a research titled “The Impact of Contextual Factors on the Entrepreneurial Intent of IT Undergraduates” which was published in the Sri Lankan Journal of Management (January – June, 2013).

She enjoys travelling, reading and outdoor activities.
