AI Agent Manager - Part 1
WSO2 Agent Manager is an open control plane for deploying, observing, evaluating, and governing AI agents across an organization, regardless of the framework they are built with.
In this hands-on lab, we will cover the five pillars of enterprise agent management:
Speakers
Nadheesh Jihan is an AI leader at WSO2 with 8+years of experience applying AI across IAM, API Management, and enterprise integration. He brings a multidisciplinary perspective, combining deep systems expertise with a strong understanding of how AI and agentic architectures fit into real-world enterprise environments. He is a core contributor to the Agent Manager initiative, shaping how agentic AI systems are built and governed at scale. His work focuses on applying AI to enterprise platforms while also leveraging those platforms to enable scalable, production-grade AI systems.
Malith Jayasinghe is VP of AI at WSO2, where he leads initiatives to build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems for the enterprise. His work spans AI strategy, agent platforms, observability, evaluation, governance, security, and enterprise integration. An architect, product leader, and frequent speaker at events such as DeveloperWeek, the Global Big Data Conference, and DEV DAY, Malith shares insights on enterprise AI, software architecture, and emerging technology trends. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from RMIT University, Australia, and has published in respected academic venues including IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems (TPDS) and the Journal of Parallel and Distributed Computing (JPDC).
Evolving Your Enterprise Architecture for the Agentic Era
AI agents don't just plug into your existing architecture, they challenge it. Traditional enterprise patterns built around request-response APIs, static workflows, and human-in-the-loop approvals weren't designed for systems that reason, act autonomously, and call tools on their own.
This lab explores how enterprise architecture must evolve to support agentic workloads at scale:
Speakers
Asanka brings over 12 years of experience in the technology domain, with a strong foundation in messaging systems, enterprise integration, and platform engineering. He currently leads the architecture and engineering of Agent Manager at WSO2 - an AI agent management solution built on top of cloud-native infrastructure. With deep expertise spanning enterprise integration, developer platforms, and now AI agent management, Asanka has been instrumental in helping enterprises architect and execute their integration and platform strategies using WSO2 products.
Chintana's role is helping customers to figure out how to architect modern cloud-based applications and move their existing workloads to the cloud. Rethink and integrate all aspects of application architecture from domain driven design, data architecture, authentication/authorization, and API/integration services. He has over 17 years of experience working large scale enterprises in different industry verticals such as aerospace and finance.
A Practical Guide to AI Agents in the Enterprise
AI agents are moving beyond demos into real enterprise use: reviewing code, triaging incidents, automating workflows, and interacting with customers. However, most teams focus on the LLM and overlook what actually makes agents work in production.
This lab covers the core building blocks of production-ready agents:

WSO2 Integration Platform H1 2026 Release: What's New in WSO2 Integrator 5.0.0
WSO2 Integrator 5.0.0 is a milestone release for the WSO2 Integration Platform. It consolidates the BI, MI, and SI profiles into a single unified offering: WSO2 Integrator. The new release also introduces a set of headline improvements that meaningfully change how teams build, manage, and operate integrations.
Rather than walk through every change in this release, we want to focus on the five improvements that matter most, and explain why we made them.
ScheduleMe: What a Multi-Agent Calendar Assistant Reveals About Building Reliable AI Applications
Large language models have made AI accessible to more developers and unlocked many use cases that were previously infeasible. However, handling a complex use case (e.g., calendar management or travel planning) and achieving results comparable to human performance requires sophisticated reasoning, design, and agent cooperation.
What's New in WSO2 API Manager 4.7
WSO2 API Manager 4.7 is now generally available. In April, WSO2 launched the API Platform to make enterprise APIs agent-ready. With this release, you can now connect your existing control plane to the new API Platform Gateway, which brings HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 support and a new Go-based policy engine.
This release is focused on giving your existing investment in WSO2 API Manager a wider reach, including:
Why Azure AD B2C's Retirement Is a Test of Your Identity Architecture
Microsoft’s decision to retire Azure AD B2C Premium P2 and the looming uncertainty surrounding the P1 tier after 2030, is worth treating as more than a mere product transition. It is a loud signal about what happens when a critical piece of your enterprise architecture is dictated by a vendor's roadmap.
The Path to European Digital Resilience
Increasing geopolitical uncertainties are driving the European Union’s (EU) efforts to reduce dependencies on non-European vendors and achieve European digital resilience. For nations and organizations that operate within the EU, overall success depends on establishing three strategic pillars: data sovereignty, cloud repatriation, and interoperability. Open source software provides the foundation for all three pillars, making its widespread adoption across Europe critical to achieving the digital resilience the region is working toward.
