Paul Fremantle

Paul is known as the father of the Cloud Native computing concept and has a long history of working in open source and middleware, including work on Apache Axis2, Synapse and WSO2 Carbon. Most recently, Paul completed a PhD looking at how personal middleware can improve IoT security and privacy from the University of Portsmouth. He is a visiting lecturer at the University of Oxford, has published a number of peer reviewed articles and has two patents. Paul previously worked at IBM where he was an STSM.
Devaka Randeniya

Devaka started his career as a Software Engineer at Virtusa, a Nasdaq quoted system integrator company before joining WSO2 as its very first sales hire in 2006. Since then Devaka has helped in growing WSO2 into a global sales organization that operates in 4 major territories with over 50 account managers and channel managers. As the head of global sales, Devaka is responsible for the acquisition of new markets, clients and expansion of the global partner network. Still in his first sales job, Devaka has a unique perspective of the journey of WSO2 that took it from an unknown brand that was started outside of the US, to becoming the worlds largest open source integration company.

He has over 25 years’ experience in retail, public sector tax and customs, healthcare, telecommunication, engineering and general software services.

Vidura is Senior Director - Solutions Architecture at WSO2. In his role he provides technical guidance to customers in architecting solutions based on their current and future needs, using the WSO2 platform. Prior to joining Solutions Architecture, he was Senior Director - Engineering and has led analytics, integration, platform and financial solutions teams. He is an experienced technologist and an executive with over 15 years of global experience in the software industry covering many domains such as finance, logistics, aviation and energy. He has worked in the US, Europe and Australia.

Bhathiya Jayasekara

Bhathiya is a Technical Lead and a key member of the WSO2 API Manager team. He has been part of the WSO2 Team for more than 6 years. Bhathiya mostly works with API Manager R&D team, and from time to time he works with the API Manager support team as well. He has worked with a number of customers on providing solutions and technical consulting specializing in the API management space.
