# Enroll TOTP via MyAccount

The My Account portal is in preview mode. We are working on adding more features to enhance the experience of the user.

If the user wants to use another authenticator app for generating OTP values or if the user has deleted the scanned QR from the authenticator app, the user can configure it again via the My Account portal. The QR code that is generated via My Account is the same code that is prompted during the first app login attempt of the user.

# Initial setup

Follow the steps given below to set up the authenticator using My Account.

  1. In the user's MyAccount portal, go to Security > Additional Authentication.

  2. Click the + icon and scan the prompted QR code using an authenticator application.

  3. Enter the TOTP code obtained after scanning the QR code and click Verify.

# Access the QR code

The user can view the configured QR code via the My Account Portal.

  1. In the user's MyAccount portal, go to Security > Additional Authentication.

  2. Click the + icon next to the authenticator app to view the QR code.

# Regenerate the QR code

If the user has deleted the scanned QR from the authenticator app, the user can configure it again via the My Account portal.

  1. In the user's MyAccount portal, go to Security > Additional Authentication.

  2. Click the + icon next to the authenticator app and click Regenerate to get a new QR code.

  3. Enter the TOTP code obtained after scanning the QR code and click Verify.
