# Update profile information

The My Account portal is in preview mode. We are working on adding more features to enhance the experience of the user.

The user details displayed in a user's profile corresponds to user attributes that are enabled for the organization.

Administrators in the organization can configure the list of attributes that should be available in a user profile. See the instructions on updating attributes for details.

Users onboarded from remote user stores do not have the capability of updating their own profiles on My Account.

To update profile information via My Account, the account owner should follow these steps.

  1. Sign in to the My Account portal.

  2. Click Personal Info to see the profile information. Update user profile from MyAccount

  3. If required, update the editable information.
