# Update profile information

User profiles in the My Account portal only display user attributes enabled by administrators for the relevant organization.

Learn how administrators can display an attribute in user profiles.

Users can update attributes available in their profiles by following the steps below.

  1. Sign in to the My Account portal.

  2. Click Personal Info to see the profile information. Update user profile from MyAccount

  3. Update the editable information.

Users onboarded from a read-only remote user store do not have the capability of updating their profiles through the My Account portal.
